How do I place an order?
Use our online store for the fastest, most secure way of ordering Official F1 merchandise. After selcting your merchandise click 'Add to basket' and simply follow the on screen prompts to 'login' to your account or even just 'checkout and pay'. Once you have confirmed / calculated your shipping details click 'Make payment' for Barclays or 'Checkout with Paypal' to purchase your items.
When your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email, this page and email confirms receipt
of your order and its details.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirming
despatchment of your goods and details of delivery.

What sort of payment can I use?
We accept most major cards; Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro etc. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express or
Amex at this time. Once your payment is accepted, you will receive an email confirming the items that you have ordered.
You can also choose to make your payment using Paypal. One of the worlds leading worldwide web payment gateways.

What currency do I pay in?
If you click on the currency of your choice at the top of any page on the site, all prices will be shown in this currency. The exchange rates are live to give you the most accurate price in your currency.
When you check out, the currency will default back to Pounds Stering (GBP). This amount will be charged to you card at the current exchange rate.
Please note that your card issuer may make a small currency surcharge.
How is my order processed?
Credit and Debit cards are debited on the day of shipping by Grand Prix Products Ltd. All prices include sales
taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated. Grand Prix Products aims to arrange shipment of all 'in stock' items within
24 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be
unavailable and the current stock status is approximate.
Grand Prix Products are not able to supply dates when our suppliers may get an item in stock.
When will my goods be delivered?
If you order consists of both pre ordered items and in stock items we wait until receiving all merchandise before shipping your order out.
However please contact us if you would like to arrange otherwise and we can then take into account the extra shipping charges.

When your order qualifies for FREE standard shipping within the UK. You will be notified with a short message in your shopping basket, appearing under your basket total. This offer
only applies to orders that are delivered within the UK using the Standard shipping method.
We aim to deliver all mainland UK priority orders placed before 2pm on the next working day. Priority orders placed after
2pm may be delivered on the following working day. NB. Available Monday to Friday, except bank holidays.

NB: The cost of delivery outside United Kingdom varies according to the weight of your parcel and country of destination.
Shipping will be automatically calculated on the Checkout page when the delivery destination is confirmed, so you know how
much it will cost before you complete your order.
Important:
When pre-ordering an item, “Delivery end of ...” is displayed in the items size selector. This is only an estimated time frame for the item to be
received in our warehouse and some items may take longer to actually come into stock. However, as soon as the pre-ordered item arrives in our warehouse
and is in stock and ready to ship, the order will be shipped straight away as normal.
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you
in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments. You
may cancel your entire order with us if subsequent instalments forming part of your order are not delivered by us. Title
to any product ordered will pass to you once Grand Prix Products has received payment in full for that product. Risk in
any product ordered will pass upon delivery to you. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Grand Prix Products advises each customer to
contact their local customs office for further information. Please note that when shipping products internationally,
you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. For
Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 18th December. We will endeavour to dispatch all 'in stock'
orders within 24 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area.
