No contract will subsist between you and Grand Prix Products unless and until Grand Prix Products accepts your order by e-mail or in writing confirming that it has dispatched your goods ordered ("Goods"). That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Grand Prix Products sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail) or otherwise when the written confirmation is posted to you. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract between you and Grand Prix Products will be deemed to have been concluded in England and Wales. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you and Grand Prix Products irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Grand Prix Products total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Grand Prix Products to the customer. Grand Prix Products shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Grand Prix Products cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically provided with the product, or on the website. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

Portrayal of Products

While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. In the case of new merchandise ranges and models we sometimes display the previous year's or similar images where the current ones are not yet available.
All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours, dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

Safety Regulations

All products comply with appropriate safety and consumer regulations. Toys comply with EC Toy Safety Regulations and, where appropriate, carry the CE mark. If a product is recalled for any reason, you will be contacted.

DVDs

The DVDs we sell are primarily created using the PAL formatting system, and are region code free (also known as region 0). However, a selection of our DVDs are made from footage that was recorded using the NTSC formatting system, or have been given a specific region code. If you are purchasing a DVD that has been recorded using the PAL formatting system, you will experience a loss of picture quality if you play it on an NTSC machine, and vice-versa. If you purchase a DVD that has been given a Region Code of 2, then it will not work at all on a machine outside of that Region. You should find the information regarding the technical aspects of a specific disc within the copy of that product. For your assistance, please refer to the chart below for an explanation of which region code you fall into. Please check carefully to ensure that the DVD you are interested in is compatible with your player, before making a purchase.

Pricing

Please note that unless otherwise stated all pre-ordered items will be charged at the price ruling at the date of despatch.

Availability

If you order consists of both pre ordered items and in stock items we wait until receiving all merchandise before shipping your order out. However please contact us if you would like to arrange otherwise and we can then take into account the extra shipping charges.

When pre-ordering an item, “Delivery end of ...” is displayed in the items size selector. This is only an estimated time frame for the item to be received in our warehouse and some items may take longer to actually come into stock. However, as soon as the pre-ordered item arrives in our warehouse and is in stock and ready to ship, the order will be shipped straight away as normal.

All items are subject to availability.
We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.

Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
If you wish to exercise this right prior to despatch of goods please either use the cancellation facility provided on the website, or email or phone us.
If your order has already been despatched please follow our returns information.
Please note your right to return products does not apply on special-order items. These may only be returned if they are faulty. If in doubt please check with us.

Returns Policy

We offer a comprehensive return policy to you. Before you want to return goods, first please contact us to discuss the problem you are having at customerservices@grandprixproducts.com

It is very important that you include your order number, payment information and contact information. Please be as clear as possible regarding your return instructions. Please gather the item(s) you wish to return, including all tags and, if possible, the original shipping box. Refunds for the purchase price (does not include p&p) will be issued for products returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please note that the returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit to us. Grand Prix Products Ltd. will only pay the postage price for any goods that need to be resent due to a fault on our behalf.

Damages

If your goods have arrived with a manufacturing defect, or are inherently faulty, please return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt where we will be happy to process an exchange (where possible). Incorrect/faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements are sent out. In this situation Grand Prix Products Ltd. will accept all postage charges.

Incorrect Item

If the item we have sent you is incorrect or different to that stated on your invoice, please return the item to us within 14 days where we will be happy to process an exchange (where possible) or refund.

Returns may take up to 10 days to be processed after arriving with us, and refunds may take up to 14 days to clear. When your return has been processed for an exchange or replacement and the item is out of stock we will inform you by e-mail.

Customs

When ordering goods from Grand Prix Products for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your Country. The additional charge for customs clearance is down to the recipients responsibility and we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from Country to Country and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
